Natural Herbal Skincare
Simple, chemical-free, natural products for skincare: you can make them yourself, or at least recognize what’s good and what’s not on the store shelf. In this hands-on class learn about skin-loving herbs and oils and easy-to-make salves, lotions, scrubs and more. In each class you’ll make one or two products to take home. Create a special gift basket with your products for holiday gift giving. The class will include information on harmful chemicals, so you can take charge of your skin’s health! Course # CSM186-ACM

Luscious Lotions, Simple Salves

Create soothing, healing salves and lotion to pamper your skin! You’ll learn the basics of making herbal infused oils, salves, and lotions. After this class you’ll be able to make your own skin-soothing preparations without any synthetic ingredients. Especially helpful for those with sensitive skin. Each participant will go home with a lip balm, healing salve, and lotion, scented with individual choices of essential oils.

Connect with the Power and Energy of Plants

Plants have much to offer us on many levels. When we find which plants we resonate with and that work especially well for us, it greatly benefits our lives. In this workshop we will use visualization and shamanic journeying to find one or more of our plant allies and learn how they are here to help us. We will discuss the many ways you can work with your plant ally and develop an ongoing relationship. You will leave with information on how to continue meeting your plant allies.
